NextGen Girl’s
Mentorship Program

In the NextGen Girl’s Mentorship Program, we offer a supportive and inspiring environment where girls can learn life skills, build self-confidence, and create a strong foundation for their futures. Through interactive sessions, community-building activities, and expert mentorship, participants will gain the tools to make confident decisions, develop leadership qualities, and prepare for the next phase of their lives with purpose and clarity.

  1. Leadership Development

    • Cultivate leadership qualities that will serve girls throughout their lives.

    • Activities include group projects, leadership exercises, and goal-setting workshops.

  2. Life Skills Training

    • Teaching essential life skills, such as cooking, time management, financial literacy, and self-care routines.

    • Hands-on activities like budgeting, meal prep, and basic household management.

  3. Confidence & Self-Esteem

    • Building self-confidence through public speaking, presentation skills, and personal development.

    • Workshops focused on body positivity, self-love, and building resilience.

  4. Career Exploration & Future Planning

    • Helping girls understand various career paths, set academic goals, and explore entrepreneurial ventures.

    • Mentorship from professionals across different fields to guide them in their future choices.

  5. Mentorship & Peer Support

    • Regular one-on-one mentorship sessions to provide personalized advice, encouragement, and goal tracking.

    • Fostering a sense of community through peer support, where participants can share their challenges and successes.

How to Join the NextGen Girl’s Mentorship Program:

This program is open to all young girls and teens 10 to 17 ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery, leadership, and empowerment. Enrollment is now open, whether you’re a parent seeking to invest in your child’s future or a girl who wants to take charge of her path, this mentorship program will equip you with the tools for lifelong success.

Program Terms and Conditions & Consent

By registering for the NextGen Girls Mentorship Program, both the mentee and parent/guardian agree to the following terms:

Program Commitment:

The mentee agrees to attend weekly sessions on Monday's & Wednesday's from 4:00pm to 6:00pm for the duration of the program term (July to October or October to January). The mentee will commit to attending all scheduled sessions unless otherwise communicated to the program coordinator.


Program Fees:

  • Enrollment Fee: $50 (for new participants)

  • Re-enrollment Fee: $25 (for returning participants)

  • Full term participants: $50 (enrollment fee waived)


Enrollment Terms:

Enrollment for the NextGen Girls Mentorship Program is open throughout each term. You can enroll at any time during the term, and your child can start attending sessions immediately once registered.


Fee Policy:

The program fee is required at the time of enrollment, regardless of when you register during the term. The fee for each term is $50 for new participants and $25 re-enrollment (for returning participants). If new participants register for the full term from July to January, the $50 enrollment fee is waived, and they will only be charged for the two terms.


This ensures that all participants receive the full benefits of the program, regardless of when they join, as the fee covers program access, resources, and support for the entire term.


Attendance Policy:

Regular attendance is crucial for the mentee’s growth in the program. Any absence should be communicated in advance to the program coordinator.


Behavior Expectations:

The mentee agrees to behave respectfully during sessions and adhere to the NextGen Girls Mentorship Program code of conduct, which includes being respectful to all mentors and fellow participants.


Medical Emergency & Liability:

In the event of a medical emergency, the parent/guardian consents to the program coordinator seeking necessary medical attention for the mentee. The parent/guardian also agrees to release the program and its staff from liability in case of injury during program activities.


Photographic/Media Release:

The parent/guardian grants permission for photographs, videos, or other media to be taken during the program and used for promotional or educational purposes related to the NextGen Girls Mentorship Program.


If the parent/guardian does not wish for the mentee to appear in photos or videos, please indicate below:

Consent and Acknowledgment

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms and conditions for the NextGen Mentorship Program and consent to my daughter’s (or mentee’s) participation. I agree to abide by the program rules and payment policies.
