Proverbs in Practice: Group Conversations (Wisdom)

Navigating Wisdom Together:

If you're seeking some guidance on how to format your group conversations throughout the Noble Woman Study, here is a format to follow alongside your workbook during week one.

Opening Icebreaker:

  • "Share a time when you thought you were making a wise choice but later realized you were relying on your own understanding."

Key Discussion Questions:

  1. Proverbs 31:26 says, “She opens her mouth with wisdom.” How can we intentionally speak words of wisdom in our families, workplaces, or friendships?

  2. Proverbs 3:5-6 emphasizes trusting God rather than leaning on our understanding. How do we practically acknowledge God in all areas of our lives?

  3. What tools can we use to build our house on the foundation of wisdom?

Group Activity:

  • Read Proverbs 4:7-13 aloud together.

  • Break into smaller groups and discuss how the benefits of wisdom have been evident in your life.

Prayer Focus:

  • Close by asking for wisdom as a group, declaring James 1:5-6 over everyone present.
