Proverbs in Practice: Group Conversations (Helpmate)

Navigating Helpmate Together:

If you're seeking some guidance on how to format your group conversations throughout the Noble Woman Study, here is a format to follow alongside your workbook during week two.

Opening Icebreaker:

  • What’s one way you’ve seen or experienced the role of a helpmate in action—either in your life or someone else’s?

Key Discussion Questions:

  1. Genesis 2:18 says God created a helper 'comparable to' man. How does this shape your understanding of the role of a helpmate?

  2. How can we practically provide both support and protection in our families and communities?

  3. What does it mean to be a spiritual “watchman” in prayer, and how can this apply to your life?

Group Activity:

  • Read Proverbs 31:27 aloud. Discuss how being watchful applies to both your spiritual and daily responsibilities.

Prayer Focus:

  • Pray as a group, asking God to equip you as helpmates in your homes, communities, and the body of Christ.
