Over the course of 8 intense weeks, we’ll focus on building strength, speed, endurance, and the mindset of a champion. This program is designed to elevate every aspect of your performance, setting you up for success when the season hits. Program Details: - Who: 6th to 12th-grade athletes - Where: The W.A.Y. Center (Meeting Point) - When: Monday - Thursday, 6am start - Duration: 8 weeks (summer off-season) - Capacity: Limited to 10 athletes for personalized coaching - Investment: $150/week, $500/month, or $800 for the full program (payment plans and Afterpay available) - Great for 100, 200, 400, and 800 runners and hurdlers What’s Included: ✅ Off-season track and field workouts (on and off track) ✅ Weight room sessions to build explosive power ✅ Personalized nutrition plans to fuel peak performance ✅ Care packages for body maintenance and recovery ✅ Transportation to and from training sites ✅ Gym access for strength and conditioning ✅ Flexibility and mobility sessions to prevent injury Why Train with Us?
