Service Description

Meet with Daunyae Monique to discuss your training to goals. Each consultation includes a 3D Body Scan (for in person sessions), Physical Fitness Test, and a power session which allows you to sit with your trainer and discuss your results, goals, and create a detailed plan that will help you get to your desired results. (Please have a scale ready for online consultations)
