Welcome to the Senior Fitness Challenge, a one-week fitness program designed to help senior women improve mobility, build strength, and increase overall vitality. Meeting every first and third Wednesday of the month from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM, this class is all about functional movements, low-impact exercises, and personalized fitness techniques tailored specifically to meet the unique needs of seniors. Whether you're new to fitness or looking to take your health to the next level, this class will guide you every step of the way. What makes the Senior Fitness Challenge unique? Personalized Goals & Progress Tracking: Set your own fitness goals and track your progress as you “level up” through different challenge tiers. Movement & Memory: Combine physical exercises with brain-boosting tasks to improve both mind and body. Fun Fitness Games: Enjoy fitness bingo, exercise jeopardy, and other exciting games to keep you engaged while working out. Music & Movement Themes: Dance to classic tunes like “Oldies” and “Motown Moves” for a fun and energetic workout. Community & Support: Participate in a buddy system for extra motivation, accountability, and new friendships. Educational Segments: Learn the benefits behind each exercise and finish with a fitness challenge to apply your new knowledge. Social Time & Refreshments: Enjoy light snacks, healthy recipe swaps, and socializing after class. Friendly Competition: Track your improvements and earn rewards for consistency, progress, and participation.
