Day 1: Breaking Generational Habits
Scripture Focus: 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, Proverbs 31:14-15.
Reflection Questions:
How have generational habits (healthy or unhealthy) shaped your approach to health?
How can you break free from unhealthy patterns and make healthier choices today?
Action Step: Reflect on one unhealthy habit you've inherited and commit to making a change today.
Day 2: Nutrition That Fuels Us
Scripture Focus: 1 Corinthians 10:31, Proverbs 31:15.
Reflection Questions:
How do the foods we eat affect our ability to serve others and fulfill God's purpose for our lives?
What are some simple changes you can make to incorporate more nourishing foods into your routine?
Action Step: Plan a nutritious meal for the week and make sure to prioritize fresh, whole foods.
Day 3: Discipline and Stewardship

Why is discipline important when it comes to health and fitness?

Day 4: The Importance of Hydration

Why is water often overlooked in health discussions, and how can we make it a priority?
Action Step: Aim to drink more water today. Track your intake and commit to staying hydrated.
Day 5: Strength for God’s Purpose

How can strengthening your body help you better serve God and others?
What areas of physical health do you need to prioritize to be more effective in your calling?
Action Step: Commit to a daily exercise routine or activity that will strengthen your body for the work God has called you to.
