Scripture: Proverbs 1:7

Devotional:
"Wisdom begins with fearing the Lord, but this is not a fear rooted in terror. This is a deep reverence and awe for the Creator of the universe. It’s the awareness that He is sovereign and holy. Without this foundational respect, wisdom cannot take root in our hearts. So many of us want clarity and direction, but we bypass the first step: surrendering to God’s authority. Proverbs 1:7 makes it clear that those who despise wisdom and instruction are walking in foolishness. Today, ask yourself: Do I truly honor God in my decisions, or do I rely on my own understanding? Begin by acknowledging Him in all you do, and wisdom will follow."

"Proverbs tells us that wisdom is more valuable than silver and gold, yet how often do we chase worldly treasures over godly insight? Wisdom brings peace, honor, and life.
